Why am I charged a delivey fee when I place an order? 

BCP is a manufacturer of very large and very heavy products that unfortunately are quite costly to transport. BCP is not a freight company therefore we must engage outside carriers to make your delivery. The prices charged by BCP to deliver your goods are simply the prices charged by external carriers to BCP. Over time BCP has formed excellent relationships with local freight companies, but you are more than welcome to engage your own carrier if you feel to do so would be more economical

Do BCP's products meet the requirements of the relevant authorities?

BCP's products comply with most NSW local authorities' specifications. Should you have a specific concern, please direct your enquiry to Customer Service on sales@bcp.com.au

How do I get in touch with the BCP sales representative for my area?

If you are a trade customer contact sales@bcp.com.au. If you are a non-trade customer contact your local plumbing wholesaler such as Plumbers Supply Co-Op, Tradelink or Reece or an independant plumbing supplies merchant.

I have a custom product that I would like BCP to quote on. How do I go about getting a price?
Simply forward a copy of your drawings to sales@bcp.com.au, or by fax or post and BCP will provide you with a quote to manufacture the item.

Why are there no prices for box culverts available online?

Due to the specialised nature of culverts and the large range of possible variants it is difficult to provide pricing without project specific information. The type of information required to price culverts includes:

1. Is the project an RTA, Queensland Main Roads or railway project?
2. What is the fill loading above the crown of the culvert?
3. Where is the project? (town/suburb)
4. Are precast bases required?
5. How many cells are required? If > 2 are link slabs acceptable??
6. What is the total length of culverts required?
7. Are there any unusual exposure classification requirements?

Will I be charged for the preparation of shop drawings?
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, the price quoted to manufacture a custom item generally includes one set of shop drawings. Should you require amendments, changes, additions or any othe alterations, you will be quoted a price to prepare additional shop drawings

What about quality audits by either ourselves, the principal or an independant verifier?
BCP welcomes quality audits from any appropriate body on any project that we are involed with

What if I have a problem with a BCP product?
In the first instance contact either your BCP Sales Representative or Customer Service on sales@bcp.com.au. If you purchased the product from a reseller please contact that reseller as they will be in possession of the much of the information that we may require to solve your problem.
